1. Calculation of Service Time
All reserved hours are counted for service time, excluding 1 hour of lunch time.
If an interpretation is conducted during lunchtime, such time will also be counted.
Hourly fee will be added if the service time increases depending on the situation on the site.
2. Rehearsal Fee
If you need a pre-rehearsal, you should tell us the schedule and location.
In case of pre-rehearsal, an hourly fee will be added at the same rate as the interpreter fee.

3. Cancellation Fee
When an interpreter reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be incurred in case of inevitable cancellation as the interpreter cannot accept another reservation.
– Cancellation one week before: 30% of the interpretation fee will be charged
– Cancellation 2-3 days before: 40% of the interpretation fee will be charged
– Cancellation 1 day before: 50% of the interpretation fee will be charged
– Cancellation on the reserved day: 100% of the interpretation fee will be charged
4. Video recording/Voice recording
Video and voice recordings are only possible with prior agreement (unauthorized video and voice recordings are prohibited). 50% of the interpretation fee for voice recording, and 100% of the interpretation fee for video recording/broadcasting will be charged.
5. Per diem and travel expenses
Per diem should be paid in case of trips outside of Seoul, excluding accommodation / meals / transportation expenses. For overseas and long-term trips, prior consultation is required, so please inform us before proceeding.
