Apostille
What is an Apostille?
Apostille is a legalization procedure for international use of a document in a country, and is issued by the competent authority according to the Convention to verify the authenticity of the document by matching the seals or signatures of officials on the public document. This is an agreement to abolish the certification requirements for foreign official documents. By joining the Convention on July 14, 2007, Korea can obtain it from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice without a complicated consular verification procedure.
Official documents got an Apostille will be effective as official documents in the Apostille Convention States. We provide acting service for Apostille authentication.
